Hagen will only take a nap a few times a week if I am lucky, but when he decides he doesn't want to sleep he still will go in his room for quite time. During this quite time, I was in my room folding laundry and when I walked into his room he had filled several cups with water, taken them into his room, and had markers coloring the water different colors. I'm not sure if he learned this little science experiment at school or if he just thought of it on his own, but it was very clever. He was very proud of himself and was having a good time. Unfortunately a lot of water ended up on the carpet.
