Halloween started off with me volunteering at Hagen's school for his party. Ainsley was able to come with me and Kinley slept at home with my neighbor listening to the monitor. It was fun to go see the kids in Hagen's class that he talks about and how he interacts with his classmates. He really seems to enjoy school and his teacher.
Every year our neighborhood has a little gathering in the cult-de-sac. It was a lot of fun for all the kids to get with their friends and spend sometime running around before heading out trick or treating. I wasn't going to go because it was so much walking and I wasn't sure if I would be able to keep up with our neighbors, but I wanted to. The kids had a blast going trick or treating and our neighborhood and surrounding areas were insane. There were so many kids that nobody would be able to even drive a car down it. Kinley was a trooper and would jump out of her stroller and run to the door and say "Treat". She was so proud of herself. We were all tired about 7:45 and decided to call it a night. The kids had way more candy than they need, so of course I'll eat it.
